We are excited to announce the arrival of Paul France as BA Pumps & Sprayers new National Sales and Customer Service Manager in New Zealand.
Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role
Originally from the UK, Paul is an experienced Senior Manager with strong commercial expertise in large technical and B2B marketing, sales, and service operations.
Paul said: “I’ve worked in a range of sectors, including industrial and agribusiness, in the UK and New Zealand. My background is in sales and marketing with vast marketing experience in brand and customer strategy and management of marketing/communications programmes.
“I enjoy galvanising and leading organisational change, working across the business to create and drive high-performing cross-functional teams and deliver business objectives. I encourage a strong team culture and provide an environment for team members to uphold their personal and company values.
Having already hit the ground running, spending three days at Central Districts Field Days, Paul said: “BA offers a fantastic product that’s helping farmers and horticulturalists across the country to spray effectively and efficiently. We have lots to offer and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to help drive the business forward.”
